  • Late payments may accrue interest or fees as outlined in your service agreement, and may result in suspension of services until resolved
  • Subscription-based services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the notice period specified in your service agreement
  • Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the terms of your specific service agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TechSalty shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss caused by third-party systems

  • Unauthorized access incidents

  • Delays caused by external providers or unforeseen circumstances

While we apply industry-standard security practices, no system can guarantee complete protection against all cybersecurity risks.

TechSalty is not responsible for outages, failures, service limitations, or disruptions caused directly by third-party providers.

For clients in the healthcare industry, services involving protected health information (PHI) are governed by a separate, signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in compliance with HIPAA, which takes precedence over these Terms for matters specifically addressed within it.


Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and implement reasonable safeguards to protect business and operational data shared during service delivery.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if:

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TechSalty’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise agreed in a separate signed service agreement.


Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution, including mediation or legal proceedings, in accordance with the Governing Law clause above.
