You do — together with us, during onboarding. We document a clear responsibility matrix: who owns what, how escalations flow, and which tools are used. Some clients hand us everything backend and keep user-facing support; others want overflow help only. The split is fully flexible and reviewed quarterly.

Either works. If you have an RMM, ticketing system, or documentation platform you love, we integrate into it. If you don't, we bring enterprise-grade tooling at no extra licensing cost to you. Most clients end up with a hybrid that fits their workflow.
